During a pit stop at the avenue of live and learn
I Live to Learn
Despite mistakes, I still keep trying
Trying is surviving and as you begin to start living
You'll keep on surviving
Nothing is ever perfect, but to those that are tapped to within
Confidence
A light bulb, I sparked an interest
Some would call the difference
I listen & I am in tuned, my rhythm is like lady who sings the Blues
to I blued the Clues in & became Powerful again
Learning is part of the journey as I live in Life again and again
Where Harlem built me from my feet up
I stomp the ground and shake the Devil down to his knees
God, I'm learning
Brush it off my feet or maybe off the sleeve
No eyes for the Sky, I live within the Limit
I am floating High
I am learning the difference between comfort and zoning out
Drums playing I hear 145th & Lenox
A place where wolves are feed learning how to feed the need
Opportunity to the need, so the community I Do Not Flee
I see the need
Heart on the Sleeve a Heart on the Keys, My Passion is My Success
Learning is part of Wealth
Strive as I am felt
Poetry is beauty and I see the eyes of the Beholder
I reintroduce myself to myself and then to the World....
